With a keen eye for detail and a highly analytical, methodical approach, Kate excels in problem-solving and delivers both detailed analysis and strategic oversight. She contributes significantly to the drafting and reviewing of expert reports and contracts.

An Accredited NEC4 ECC Project Manager, Kate has hands-on experience with the NEC suite of contracts and is proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project. She also oversees the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards across the business.

Kate is a qualified Health & Safety Practitioner and is Carbon Literate, certified through the Carbon Literacy Project.
