DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We pride ourselves in being efficient dispute resolvers with many of our Experts active members of nominating bodies across the globe and are available for appointments in various dispute resolution mechanisms.
Adjudication
Construction Adjudication is a fast and cost-effective method of dispute resolution on construction projects. With our extensive experience, we can act as Party Representative during an adjudication and manage the process on your behalf. We have acted for Public Bodies, Contractor, and Sub-contractors in the UK and more recently the Republic of Ireland. If you require an Adjudicator, we can act as such, and Our People are members of the main Adjudicating Nominating Bodies. If you require help or assistance with an Adjudication or wish to appoint us as Adjudicator, get in touch
Mediation
Construction Mediation is a well-established method for resolving construction disputes, whereby the Parties are willing to engage in effective dispute resolution without the formal processes of Adjudication and Arbitration. Construction Mediation does not bind the Parties, rather it assists the Parties to find resolution mutually. The process is without prejudice and confidential. If you require help or assistance with a Mediation or wish to appoint us as Mediator, get in touch
Arbitration
Arbitration usually is the last resort in construction disputes, used when a Party seeks a final determination of a dispute, for instance if the dispute has previously been to Adjudication or when the Contract requires the use of Arbitration as the dispute resolution mechanism. Arbitration is similar to court proceedings in which the decision is binding upon the Parties. We have extensive experience in Arbitrational proceedings on a global stage, ranging from a large-scale Aviation project to Infrastructure and Energy projects, in many different jurisdictions. If you require help or assistance with Arbitration or wish to appoint us as Arbitrator, get in touch.
Conciliation
Construction Conciliation is a well-established method for resolving construction disputes, whereby the Parties are willing to engage in effective Dispute Resolution without the formal processes of Adjudication and Arbitration. The Conciliator aims to facilitate the Parties to resolve the dispute, however if the Parties cannot resolve their dispute, the Conciliator can issue a recommendation to resolve the dispute for agreement by the Parties. If you require help or assistance with a Conciliator or wish to appoint us as a Conciliator, get in touch
